Nor-Lake Hires Stout for Scientific Business Unit

Aaron Stout joined Standex International Corporation, as Director of Scientific Sales for the Nor-Lake Scientific business unit reporting to Mark Manders.  Aaron works from the Nor-Lake Scientific Hudson office as well as Carmel, Indiana office.  He leads Nor-Lake Scientific Sales and related internal and external customer efforts to drive revenue growth and provide increased company value.

Aaron’s expertise in laboratory capital equipment and product application development as well as global marketing strategies within both Clinical and Research market sectors are a great asset to Nor-Lake Scientific.  He held multiple sales and marketing leadership roles within Helmer Scientific creating and managing direct sales teams, distribution channels, customer service, technical service, contracts management (GPO, GSA, IDN), business development, and international distribution in over 100 countries.  Prior to joining Helmer Scientific, Aaron was Director of Sales at Thermo Fisher Scientific Laboratory Products Group managing direct sales representatives in clinical, research, and industrial markets.  Aaron also has clinical lab, blood center, and research lab work experience as a Medical Technologist. 

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and MT, (ASCP) from Franklin College and Community Hospitals.  He holds certificates from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Value through Global Strategies.
