Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG) recently announced a commercial leadership team expansion and realignment.

Brian Kadel has joined RSG as Director of Dealer Sales, effective November 6, 2023, to lead RSG’s dealer sales channel efforts. Brian will have leadership responsibility for RSG’s regional sales managers, and manufacturer’s rep firms, as well as developing and supporting buying group and loyalty programs. Bob Stevens will transition into the newly created Director of Consultant Services role.

Brian joins RSG from Illinois Tool Works (ITW) after nearly 30 years in various sales and product line leadership roles. Most recently, Brian served as Regional Sales Director and Vice President of Dealer Sales for ITW’s Food Equipment Group brands. Brian was instrumental in developing the team’s annual and long-range plans, leading a team of Regional Sales Directors, and growing sales within the dealer channel.

Brian states, “I am proud to join the RSG team representing Norlake and Master-Bilt. I am excited to be a part of an organization focused on delivering Best-in-Class performance to our customers and channel partners.”

Brian is a growth-focused industry veteran with deep relationships within the foodservice industry. In addition to his most recent roles, Brian has held increasing responsibilities, including sales development manager for ITW’s Warewash product line, Director of Marketing and Sales Operations, and General Manager of Mixing. Throughout Brian’s career, he has been recognized for his sales leadership accomplishments and has a history of driving exceptional growth and building long-term customer relationships.

Bob’s extensive Foodservice background includes restaurant management, sales for manufacturing rep firms, and multiple sales leadership roles within RSG, most recently as RSG’s Director of Dealer Sales. RSG is committed to investing in developing stronger partnerships with consultants and providing an elevated level of customer experience for our partners focused on specified project work. Bob’s background and experience will serve RSG’s customers well in this new role.
