But please remember to provide a wholesale receipt. Without a receipt, reimbursement is based on the manufacturer’s wholesale cost.

It’s vital to supply accurate documentation for the smooth processing of your claims. Giving RSG complete details allows us to justify longer labor times than what’s covered by our base guidelines. These details also help with failure tracking and reporting to our quality team.

Make sure the labor line explanations include correct dates of work performed and comprehensive work notes explaining the tasks completed each day.

Photo Uploads

Occasionally, a dispatch may request you to take specific photos of your equipment. Please upload the requested photos in the file room within the claim submission.

Warranty Claim Resubmission

If a claim is returned for more information, please ensure all notes are in the claim activities and make any requested changes directly to the claim.
