New VP Of Customer Experience For RSG

Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG), is pleased to announce Keith Long has joined our team as VP of Customer Experience, effective October 16, 2023.
Keith is an industry veteran with 15 years of experience in customer service, post-sale service leadership, and operational excellence.
He was most recently director of after-sales support for Dover Food Retail. In that role, he was instrumental in integrating robust customer relationship management and field service management software applications and strategies that enhanced user experience and drove growth across North America and Latin America.
Keith’s expertise in customer experience, service and installation programs makes him an excellent addition to the RSG team and will help lead the company on its journey to provide best-in-class customer experience.
Keith states, “I am excited to join the RSG team. Through our industry-leading products, we have built strong brands that customers trust. Our focus will be to enhance and enrich every touchpoint along our customer’s journey, ensuring that our brand strength translates into unparalleled customer experiences.”
In this newly created role, Keith will utilize his vast expertise in enhancing the complete customer experience from the initial touch point through post-sales/service support and driving our customer satisfaction levels to new heights.
