Nor-Lake prep tables are designed for consistent, reliable performance. Forced air circulates around each food pan within an enclosed drop-in section to keep stored items cold. The refrigerated storage space beneath the prep area provides an additional area for pizza, sandwich or salad ingredients. A divider between the pan and storage section keeps food from spilling into the storage area. Insulated lids also help hold in cold air when the table isn’t being used. For maximum durability, each model is constructed of stainless steel inside and out to hold up to daily usage. 

Sandwich/salad prep tables are available in standard or mega top versions with an extra row of pans to accommodate higher volume operations. 

Pizza prep units are equipped with a 1/2" thick, 19" deep reversible cutting board for a large, durable work space.
